Parents – How to Help

Volunteer to help before or at the event – we need 100+ volunteers to help with decorations, entertainment, food, security and general organization. Check out positions & sign up here.

Donate to help! If you can, provide an additional donation when you register your Senior to help us with costs, including providing financial aid to students. Donations are deductible. Grad Night is a registered nonprofit 501(c)3 (#95-4826391).

What is Grad Night and the Grad Night Committee?

A community sponsored event to provide a safe and memorable graduation celebration for seniors. It's a commitment by parents, community, and students to have a once-in-a-lifetime celebration for the class of 2023. The mission of the Grad Night Committee is to provide a positive alternative to drugs, alcohol, unchaperoned parties and hotel rooms for our high school graduates to celebrate their graduation. Parents from all grades and volunteers from the community come together to plan, raise funds, set up, chaperone and clean up after the party. Learn more at

Option: Grad Night registration forms can be printed, filled out and turned in at the HMBHS administration office. Download forms on the Grad Night web site.

Memory Lane is a wall of graduating students at the Grad Night Party.

There are mailboxes for seniors at Grad Night.You can leave a note or card for your Senior.
