We are excited that your child is interested in joining the Half Moon Bay High School (HMBHS) community! To help us schedule your visit, please complete and submit this form. We will confirm your visit through a phone call or email.

Important Information for a Successful Visit:
- Submission Deadline: Please submit the Shadow Request Form at least one week prior to your desired shadow date (please see available shadow dates below). Note that space is limited and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Shadow Days on certain days due to special events or holidays. Also, we are not able to accommodate any requests for a specific student to shadow your child, they will be teamed up with a member of our Leadership class.
- Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at the main office by 8:30 AM. Your student will be introduced to their Student Ambassador upon arrival. Shadowing will conclude after 5th period at 2:05 PM. Please arrange for your student's pick-up accordingly.
- Notify Your School: Ensure you inform your student's current school about their absence for shadowing.
- Shadow Day Expectations: Shadow students are required to stay with their Student Ambassador for the entire day, as they are responsible for them. We aim to make the day as informative and enjoyable as possible.
- Lunch: Lunch will be provided!
