Deadlines and Fees (per AP exam):

Fall Registration (by 10/14/19):

Late Registration (11/16/19 - 03/13/20):
$145 ($105 + $40 late fee)

Cancellation (after 11/15/19 - day of the exam):
$40 fee (amount paid - $40 fee = refund)

Half Moon Bay High School offers advanced placement (AP) courses in English, mathematics, social studies, science, foreign languages, and art. This AP program challenges students academically and prepares them to take AP tests that allow them to earn college credits while in high school. For students enrolled in AP courses, HMBHS recommends that you take no more than three AP classes in a school year due to the workload involved with each course.

Each AP Exam costs $105 if you register by November 15th. Registrations from November 15 to March 13 incur an additional $40 fee. 

AP Fee Reduction applications are available in Ms. Tower's office. Applications will be open through October 24th. Please refer to the instructions on the form for how to properly complete and provide necessary information. The AP Fee Reduction form is due to Ms. Tower by October 24th by the end of the school day. There will be no exceptions made to the deadline.
