Note: Email messages are sent regularly to all current parents/guardians who do not have a Campus Parent Portal account with instructions on how to create an account. The subject of these email messages is: Parent Portal Account Activation - Activación de la Cuenta del Portal de Padres. Please contact your child's school if you haven't received these emails and you do not have a Parent Portal account yet.



2021-2022 HMBHS Schedule Pick Up Days

Wed., Aug 4th :

     
9am - 11am: Freshman Orientation (for students only) & Schedules
     11am - 12pm: Lunch!


Thurs., Aug 5th :
      
9am - 11am: Sophomore Orientation (for students only) & Schedules
     11am - 12pm: Lunch!  


Fri, Aug 6th :
     
8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm: Junior and Senior Schedules (and Freshmen/Sophomores who missed August 5th)
     

In order to pick up your schedule, all registration forms must first be completed through the Parent Portal. If the forms have been completed, then the student is able to pick up their schedule on their own.

Families that do not have internet access, a computer or current email address, can use the kiosk station in the HMBHS Office to register.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
(for new students who did not attend a Cabrillo Unified School District school during the 2020-2021 school year)

This year we are implementing online registration for all students. If you have an email account and internet access, select the OLR button below and start the online process. Families that do not have internet access, a computer or current email address, can use a kiosk station at their child’s school to register.

After clicking on the icon below, go to New Family Registration to complete your application for enrollment for 21/22.  Once your application is complete, you will be notified what your next steps will be via email.


                                                                                      


Preparing for Online Enrollment

Please have the following documents ready to upload:

  1. Birth Certificate

  2. Immunization Record

  3. Current driver’s license

  4. Proof of residency must be submitted. The list below contains the acceptable items to establish residency. You only need 1 item from the list.
  • Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
  • Current employee check stub with current address
  • Voter registration card
  • Utility bill: current electricity, gas or water bill with current address


Please also have the following information ready before beginning your online registration:

  • Parent information: work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
  • Student information: demographic and health/medication information.
  • Emergency contacts: names and phone numbers for each contact
  • Physician: name and phone number
