Important Dates

*Dates subject to change

February 1 - February 13: AP fee reduction applications available

February 13: Last day to turn in AP fee reduction applications to Ms. Chan -- no exceptions!

February 8 - March 1: AP test registration and fees due to Total Registration.

March 1: Last day to register/pay for an AP test-- by 3pm - no exceptions!

April 4: Save the date: Pre-Admin

May 1-12: AP Testing

AP Exams are offered on the same dates and at the same times throughout the nation. The 2017 schedule of exams offered at HMBHS are listed below.

Tests designated "AM" will be morning exams and will be administered from 7:45am - 12:00 noon (including late-start Thursdays)

Tests designated "PM" will be afternoon exams and will be administered from 12:00 noon - 4:00pm - Students will be released 15 minutes early from 4th period to eat lunch.

This year HMBHS will be charging $105/exam.

When AP registration/sign-ups begin on February 8, students will use the link www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/051120 to register online and make payment online. Please note: HMBHS now uses Total Registration to register and collect payment for exams. You may pay with a credit card or debit card online. There will be no exceptionsto the March 8, 11:59pm deadline.

AP Fee Reduction applications are available in Ms. Chan's office. Applications will be open from Feb 1 through February 9. Please refer to the instructions on the form for how to properly complete and provide necessary information. There will be no exceptions made to the deadline of February 9 at 3pm to Ms. Chan.

The College Board provides a $26 fee reduction per exam for students with determined financial need. For each exam taken with a fee reduction, the school forgoes its $8 rebate. Students will be charged $55/exam if they receive the College Board fee reduction for 2014.

For students who qualify for Fee or Reduced Lunch Program the state of California is still deciding what the cost of AP Exams will be. During the 2013 administration of AP tests, the cost for students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch was $5.
